The center "Jardín Mariposa" was founded in 1999 by the psychologist Petra Klein. It´s the expansion of her preventive and therapeutic work. During more than 20 years of professional experience, she dedicated herself to the field of personal growth. Not only verbal communication is of great importance to her but also the body language. Her long-standing experience is reflected in her 3 books, video and compact disc. The "International
Institute for Dance Therapy" which she founded in 1983 in Hamburg and moved to
Tenerife in 1994 is now an integral part of the center "Jardín Mariposa".

"Jardín Mariposa" is located directly at the coast in the northern part of the island in a national preserved area 200 m above sea level. You have direct access to the Atlantic from the Center. It´s a special place of peace and energy surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, which commands magnificent views across the azure Atlantic seascape and the famous Pico del Teide, Spain´s highest mountain. |
